I will impart some clarifications so you don’t overreact (type A’s are particularly prone to this practive)
– for type O, casein is nastier when compared to whey;  if you are a [healthy] type O, you can consume whey now and again and be free of symptoms; you should not eat casein in the least even if you are healthy;
– for type A, the identical rules as for O, with one exception, there is a 20% probability that whey will be neutral for you, but you have to test for this;
